Start with the existing customer that already have the blanket contract supply, where we already have price agreement with them already and minimum purchase per year for each of the items within the contract. We will request the buyers to use the platform to place the frequent order, as the price already fixed, the discount coupon will also directly attach with their ID, so they can have same price as the agreement. This model will cut the existing offline process, where they normally send their order to our branch sales, then the branch will place the order to HQ if they out of stock or not stock item. The system will automatically process the order and manage the deliveries from the branch or combine with the HQ. Here we want to make sure the system running smoothly and getting the feedback before we promote and launch digitally.
